Quitting smoking’s hard, huh?
But sometimes it’s even harder being a smoker.
All the negative stares of the people around you feel oppressive. The remarks your friends and family make are tiresome.
But quitting is so hard. It may be one of the most difficult things you’ve ever tried to do.
Nothing Works…
You’ve tried everything – from nicotine patches to gum and lozenges.
All to come out in the end and continue to smoke.
Maybe you started smoking more than before.
You feel down on yourself, because you can’t get away from smoking.
What if I told you that quitting smoking is possible?
What would your life be like, tobacco free?
What would your relationships be like?
Smoking cessation is a journey.
We’ll take specific steps to gradually reduce the amount of tobacco you use toward becoming smoke free.
Getting to those underlying core beliefs will help you along the way.
As a Tobacco Treatment Specialist and a Coach, I have developed a Cognitive Behavioral approach (KickAsh) for smoking cessation groups.
KickAsh is currently being used effectively in LA County mental health and health services clinics.
You will learn how to gain control of your urges to smoke and be able to put specific strategies in place to help you curb those urges.
